You have the right to:

  • Be treated with respect, dignity, and consideration at all times.
  • Have your culture, values, beliefs, identity, and lived experience acknowledged and respected.
  • Be yourself without fear of judgement.

Information and Clear Communication

You have the right to:

  • Clear, honest, and age-appropriate information about the app, how it works, and what it offers.
  • Understand how your information is used and stored.

Participation and Voice

You have the right to:

  • Be involved in decisions that affect your use of the app.
  • Express your views respectfully and be heard.
  • Provide feedback or raise concerns, and have these taken seriously.

Privacy and Confidentiality

You have the right to:

  • Privacy and confidentiality of your personal information.
  • Know how your data is collected, used, and protected.
  • Have your information handled in line with privacy laws and best practice.

Speak Up

You have the right to:

  • Comment on your experience using Raising Healthy Minds.
  • Raise concerns or make complaints without fear of negative consequences.
  • Have concerns responded to in a respectful and timely way.

Children and Young People

If you are a child or young person, you also have the right to:

  • Have your best interests prioritised.
  • Be protected from harm.
  • Be supported by your family or carers, unless this is not in your best interests.
  • Have time for rest, play, creativity, and learning as part of healthy development.
