About this webinar

Children change a lot between one and three years. They start moving around more, and they’re busy exploring and learning through play. They get tired – and overtired – easily. They also like to test their independence, so getting them into bed can be challenging sometimes. As your child develops and changes, your approach to sleep and rest might need to change too. Knowing what you can do to set up a sleep routine that suits your child’s development can make things easier for you both.

This webinar looks at:

  • how your child’s development affects your child’s sleep
  • why a bedtime routine is important
  • how to move your child from cot to bed
  • when and how to reduce day sleeps.

The webinar also has practical sleep and rest tips to help young children – and their parents – get the sleep they need.
