Health lunch boxes webinar: what and how much
A healthy, balanced diet helps children grow, play and learn. That’s why it’s important to pack a healthy, nutritious lunch box for school-age children. But how do you know what to put in your child’s lunch box – and how much? We’re here to help.
In this webinar, we’ll explain:
- what your school-age child needs to eat for healthy growth and development
- how you can meet your child’s nutritional needs in their school lunch box
- what you can do about things like fussy eating
- what you can do if your child has allergies or other dietary needs.
In the webinar, you’ll be able to ask questions, share experiences, and hear other parents’ experiences and ideas.
If your child is aged 5-12 years, this webinar is suitable for you.
If you register for the webinar, we’ll send you a link to the recording, even if you can’t make it on the night.
