Sharon Goldfeld

Professor Sharon Goldfeld is the Director of the Centre for Community Child Health and a member of the Raising Children Network Board.

Sharon is a paediatrician, public health researcher and policy advisor focussing on child development and health equity. As well as her role as Director of the Centre for Community Child Health at the Royal Children’s Hospital, Sharon is also Theme Director for Population Health at the Murdoch Children’s Research Institute.

She has a decade of experience in state government as a senior public servant in health and education, has successfully straddled research and policy and was recently appointed to the National Early Years Strategy Advisory Group.
