The Australian Council on Children and the Media, incorporating Young Media Australia, is committed to promoting healthy choices and stronger voices in children’s media.

The Australian Council on Children and the Media (ACCM) is a national community organisation with expertise in the role that media experiences play in the development of Australian children. It provides information and advice to families, government and the industry. ACCM promotes a safe and healthy media environment for children – one that supports healthy development, expands horizons and provides pleasure.

ACCM provides movie reviews for raisingchildren.net.au and app reviews on its website.

Parents and caregivers can access information and advice about the impact of the media on children by visiting the ACCM website.
