The Cry Baby program is undergoing routine maintenance in January 2021, and is temporarily unavailable. We appreciate your patience while we do these important updates.

Cry Baby: help for baby sleep and crying

Cry Baby is an evidence-based program for parents of infants aged less than 12 weeks of age. The program provides you with information and advice about:

  • the early steps you can take to set up good long-term sleep habits in your infant
  • normal infant crying and how to cope with crying.

Many parents have tried the same strategies used in the Cry Baby program – through face-to-face and over-the-phone programs – and found them helpful in everyday family life.

Now these strategies are available to learn online using Cry Baby.

Cry Baby offers help and information whenever you need it – day and night.

It takes around one hour to do the Cry Baby online program from start to finish in one sitting – but you can start and stop whenever you want to. You can even skip sections or do sections again, depending on what interests you most.
