Baby sleep and settling: about this webinar
You’re invited to join a free, live, Q&A-style webinar on baby sleep and settling. If you have a baby aged 0-6 months and you’d like some advice about sleep and settling, this webinar might be for you.
Becoming a parent is a big transition. You might spend the first three months adjusting to your new role and getting to know your baby, and the next three months adapting as your baby develops. Sleep can be tricky for everyone in the family, including baby. But learning to understand your baby and their needs can give you the confidence to be the parent you want to be.
In this Q&A session, Registered Nurse Di Halloran will answer questions about young babies’ sleep and settling. She’ll focus particularly on:
- bonding and attachment, which helps babies feel secure and settled
- temperament, both yours and baby’s
- development, and how it affects baby sleep.
Di will also give you advice on:
- making decisions that suit you, your baby and the way you want to raise your child
- seeking professional help if you need it.
You’ll be able to share your own experiences and hear other parents’ experiences and ideas.
