Healthy sleep development: foundations

Babies sleep and settle in various ways. They also vary in how much sleep they need. You know your own baby best, so you can decide how to settle them to sleep. But it’s good to base your decision on an understanding of how settling affects baby sleep. This understanding can help you chose the best strategy for your baby.

In this webinar we’ll look at:

  • what to expect from crying, sleeping and waking up at night
  • how medical issues cause sleep problems
  • how to set the foundations for healthy sleep in newborns
  • how to gently get your baby used to sleeping in their cot from around 3 months
  • when to get help for baby sleep.

If you have a baby aged 0-6 months, and you’re interested in helping them sleep and settle better, this webinar is for you.

In the webinar, you’ll be able to ask questions, share experiences, and hear other parents’ experiences and ideas.
