Story
This documentary features some the largest dinosaurs ever to be discovered. World renowned palaeontologist Professor Rodolfo Coria traces the history of these dinosaurs in his home country of Argentina. Two main dinosaurs featured are the plant-eating Argentinosaur and the Giganotosaur, a bipedal carnivore that is about the same size as the Tyrannosaurus Rex.
The movie presents scenes of real-life exploration as well as computer-generated images (CGI) of how the dinosaurs ate, hunted and travelled throughout the land as it was then. The documentary also recreates the arrival of a comet and its role in the extinction of the species.
There are also examples of how dinosaur bones are classified, and stored and displayed in a museum.

Violence
The only violence in this film happens when the dinosaurs chase and attack one another. The images are in 3D and appear very realistic – the dinosaurs seem to walk into you or run towards you. The sound effects are loud, and sometimes it feels as if the dinosaurs are thumping over you.
