Mum's in Canberra and she had her done by the Public Trustee, I don't think it cost her much. You could ask Legal Aid if they know of anyone who could do it cheaply or try Salvos, Lifeline, etc.

HI,
I would like to have a will/ power of attorney done. I have child with special needs and I was told that it could cost me more than $2000 to have these documents drawn up by the lawyers because of the complexity involved.

I live in Perth. Could someone please let me know where I can get some help on this matter. I cannot afford this fee. Can I do them myself?.
