Lara MacDonell is General Manager of NetAlert Limited – Australia's internet safety advisory body. Lara was educated at the University of Edinburgh in Scotland, gaining a Bachelor of Commerce (Hons). She joined NetAlert when it was first established in 1999, becoming General Manager in 2003. NetAlert is a not-for-profit community organisation established by the Australian government and provides independent advice and education on managing access to online content.
