Helena works as a psychologist with Relationships Australia, Victoria. She has worked in the areas of intellectual disability, community health and postnatal depression and has written a number of papers and articles, including:

Helena is particularly interested in the area of attachment and has presented to new parents on this topic at a forum for Infant Massage Australia. She presented a workshop on Conflict and Harmony at a recent Australian Breastfeeding Association conference.
