Keeping baby healthy

Take baby for health checks; breast is best; feed baby 5-6 times a day.

Food and drink by age

Offer the right food and drink for baby's age; 0-6 months - breastmilk, 6-7 months - smooth food, 7-8 months - add lumps, 8-9 months - add crunchy food, 10-12 months - share family meals.
  • 0-6 months: breast only; 6-7 months: smooth food; 7-8 months: add lumps; 8-9 months: add finger food/crunchy food; 10-12 months: share the family meal.
