This video demonstration with actors shows two parents talking about their teenage daughter’s obsession with body image and weight. They share their concerns and agree on positive steps to encourage healthy eating and activity for Jess. We also hear from a nutritionist, who says that open conversations between parents about teen body image is a good way to start dealing with this difficult issue.
